5 months agoI called to place an order and was told they’re not taking lunch special orders, he’s busy, call back in a hour. Knowing the lunch special is over in a hour because it ends at 3pm. I normally never have a problem here and their food is fresh. But turning a customer away who was about to place 4 orders and comes frequently is bad business. You could’ve just extended the pick up time if you’re more busy than normal. I can’t imagine it being overly busy in this blizzard anyway.

10 months agoI purchased a large catfish nuggets and an order of fried okra yesterday (which was for my dinner yesterday). I also purchased 6 "full" wings for my lunch today which was $9.99. When I opened up the wings today they were the size of Cornish Hen wings. Typically (I go to Sharks all the time), if the wings were extremely small, like these were, they compensate by adding a couple of extra wings. After I discovered the size of the wings, I called to tell them about the chicken and that I couldn't bring the order back today because I live quite distance away. Before I could get the sentence complete, the person that answered the call (I assume he was in charge) rudely told me "there is nothing I can do for you". I tried to tell him I still had the chicken and the receipt and again he repeated that there was "nothing I can do for you"! So, I informed him that I would never be back again and he hung up. I spent over $32 for the food mentioned above. Please know that I don't have to take whatever you chose to give me when I am paying this much money ($9.99 for 6 wings, almost $1.70 per wing!!!!). And, You definitely will not talk to me anyway you please. I don't get into stereotyping cultures, hiwever, this rude, "take it or leave it" demeanor is much too common in Sharks!!! I WILL NEVER, EVER, PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Pictures below.

11 months agoThis was my first time giving them a try and exactly how I expected. They gave me an edible food so this will be my first and last time so be aware and check your food before leaving.

a year agoI order a pizza puff from here and was told it will be 45mins because they changing the oil. Only to wait an hour and to get home and my pizza puff is uncooked. I called back there to inform the staff about my food and I was told to bring it back for they can see if the pizza puff was done or not before they help me. Here’s the picture below can you tell me is the pizza puff done or not. Very short and Dough.

a year agoWings Terrible, that’s not real chicken. Wings were super tiny. Save your money and make your own wings at home!

3 years agoI ordered a 6 wing dinner. Under $13 after tax. They gave me 3 mild sauces. No bread. No coleslaw. Lots of French fries! Great customer service.

3 years agoSaturday 6-18-22 around 11pm ticket number 46. My boyfriend ordered a 10 piece chicken and bought a strawberry cheesecake slice. Sunday night when he was about to eat it he noticed it had MOLD on it. But the expiration says 6-26-22 please don’t eat no desserts from here fake dates
