Just got home from Sonic. I asked for 12 corn dogs I only got 11. Not the first time Sonic messed up on my orders. I don’t mind waiting in line if it’s not going to take long. But when I have to wait 5 min or longer and all I want is a drink or cup of ice. That makes me angry. When ordering my corn dogs I was asked to go around and park to wait. Don’t mind, but earlier when I got my cup of ice because it was so hot and no AC in my car. There was a car at the window that took longer than 5 min. They should’ve been asked to await their order. Car in front of me, myself and car behind all we wanted was ice cup or drinks no food. No one answered the phone when I called to complain about missing corn dog. We’re
This was supposed to be an all American Bacon SONIC Smasher. It was supposed to be a replacement meal because they messed up my original order. But it's clear that you have some people working there that hate their job. My burger was such a poor version of what it was supposed to be. No lettuce, no tomatoes, no onions, no pickles, but at least you didnt forget the bacon this time?! If you hate your job, change it. Don't take it out on our food orders. If you did it right the first time you wouldn't ever have to deal with discontent customers.
The staff was pretty nice. They didn’t say much to me, but overall it was a good experience. They were pretty fast when it came to getting orders out, which I appreciated. The place seemed organized and everything went smoothly while I was there. Overall, it was a decent visit and I would probably come back again.
