a month agowent on Tuesday and everything was amazing katlyn the person who took my order was super kind and helpful the whole time. Great customer service and overall a really good experience. Definitely coming back!

2 months agoI usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience really upset me. The customer service here needs serious improvement. The staff preparing the food were constantly talking and laughing, and it took about 10 minutes just to make a bowl and a burrito. It’s totally okay to laugh and talk at work, but if you’re going to do that, please make sure it’s not affecting the customer’s time or slowing things down. When they couldn’t hear what I was saying, they seemed bothered or annoyed instead of trying to help. I even tried to be friendly, make conversation, and smile, but was completely ignored. It’s disappointing because the food is good and this place has a lot of potential. However, the atmosphere makes you not want to come back. As a business owner myself, I truly believe you’re not just selling food, you’re selling an experience. I hope this is something that can improve because this place could be even better.

3 months agoI honestly had slightly lower expectations since the service was just not it. But today was a different day like no other. One of the employees who just usually is neutral and serious seeming had just had a sudden change. Today as I walked in I was greeted with a hello welcome. Super out of the blue but surprised me as yet I did not expect for this boy to take my order calmly but super effort showing. Two of the other employees tried to chat with him but he told them to give them a minute as he was finishing up. I was surprised because he usually chats with them taking me unserious but today was a different day as he also wished me an amazing day. Everything was amazing. Food is just outstanding but this one particular boy has had a sudden change out of no where. I think the other employees called him Johnathan.. if I'm not wrong because I do have poor hearing. But I honestly cannot be more happier than this young man just becoming a 10/10 example of excellence service. Super sweet and super welcoming. I honestly don't know where this sudden change came from but I love it!!!! Keep up the good work!!!!!

5 months agoYou get more food than chipotle! U can also taste the meat to see which is better to have. Customer service is awesome. Hard to get parking tho

5 months agoBetter than Chipotle! The meat was seasoned perfectly. It was my first time so I hope its consistent! I would definitely recommend!

11 months agoFood is great. Tasted fresh. Service was fantastic. The young man that helped us was very attentive and made sure our order was correct and followed up with asking if we wanted add ons. The restaurant itself looked very empty. Nothing on the walls. No fake trees or plants. But with times like these, make sense to it ads to any monthly expenses such as TV or music. Will be back.

a year agoI really wanted this place be a full 5 stars. I had a bowl of chicken, nopales, Mexican rice, queso fresco, and mild salsa. It was very tasty- they are the Mexican version of Chipotle. The food is 5 stars. But I give it 3 stars however because the restaurant inside looks run down. It needs a face lift….its kinda a prison style cafeteria like in the movies haha. The owners of this place show they don’t have pride in this place. Where you order it needed a second coat of paint. I don’t know the owners but people will judge your business by how you present it to the public. We went at 10:30 pm and it was busy. Some people care about atmosphere like I do so I will probably order to go instead next time. There were two young boys working and making the bowls /burritos…boys meaning they were not older than 22 years old. The one boy who was taking my order completely looked like he was under the influence…eye half shut like he was high. Never seen a this in a business. I still gave him a tip.
