Service sucks the two lady's who work here. Made someone els drinks before mine when I asked them about it they said it was bc they were in a rush. Poor customer service these people need help. She said her name was kimalaya probably gave me a fake name drinks were poorly made too.
Went on 1/27/26 at around 4:30pm. The lady there was not welcoming at all, I said hello to her and all she did was look at me and stare down at the screen. Then she proceeded to use a dirty blender for my drinks. Idk how long that blender has been there. After she just handed the drinks, I said thank you and I was ignored. She had headphones on the whole time which I’m not against but if you’re ignoring your customers that’s an issue. Will most likely not go back.
I gathered my 3 customer visit cards on Sunday, July 21st to redeem 1 free smoothie and purchase the 2nd one. I was told that the cards were not completed and they could not be combined. This is the first time I hear of this. I do not carry this card on me at all times, therefore when I unexpectedly visit a thirstys location I ask for a new card. I have combined my cards in the past. The male cashier laughed as if I was insane when I told him that I would be combining the cards. That was disrespectful. I love Thirty’s and will continue to buy my smoothies but not from this location.
