2 months agoService sucks the two lady's who work here. Made someone els drinks before mine when I asked them about it they said it was bc they were in a rush. Poor customer service these people need help. She said her name was kimalaya probably gave me a fake name drinks were poorly made too.

4 months agoWent on 1/27/26 at around 4:30pm. The lady there was not welcoming at all, I said hello to her and all she did was look at me and stare down at the screen. Then she proceeded to use a dirty blender for my drinks. Idk how long that blender has been there. After she just handed the drinks, I said thank you and I was ignored. She had headphones on the whole time which I’m not against but if you’re ignoring your customers that’s an issue. Will most likely not go back.

a year agoI gathered my 3 customer visit cards on Sunday, July 21st to redeem 1 free smoothie and purchase the 2nd one. I was told that the cards were not completed and they could not be combined. This is the first time I hear of this. I do not carry this card on me at all times, therefore when I unexpectedly visit a thirstys location I ask for a new card. I have combined my cards in the past. The male cashier laughed as if I was insane when I told him that I would be combining the cards. That was disrespectful. I love Thirty’s and will continue to buy my smoothies but not from this location.

a year agoMan this place is dirty. They don't wash out the blenders after each use, so I don't know how long they have been sitting there for bacteria to grow....

2 years agoSmoothies are pretty good I have to ask though.. is this restaurant completely dairy free? I'm allergic to milk products. I can't find an allergen menu anywhere.

4 years agoTerrible service from Niha, they gave the wrong order and refused to give a refund for the order. Disappointed and I will never come back here. I found the service and attention to detail very disappointing. The quality of the products and the ingredients used were not great at all and there are plenty of other stores I would recommend going to.

4 years agoSo upon checking the time this place opens which is 10 am and arriving 5 minutes after opening no employee has shown up and it is now 10:20 am. I’ve called the number only to get sent to a fax line that is inoperable. Completely sad

6 years agoI love Thirstys but the employees ruined it for me. Everything was fine, placed my order and once it was done I told them I ordered a water too (I said it in a nice way, not rude at all, just reminding them since I did pay for it hello) and the employee rolled her eyes and grabbed the bottle water. Like damn, is it that much of a inconvenience for you to grab some water? Anyway, love the smoothies but yall need to really look at who you are hiring.
