See All ReviewsGood for locals, but misses the mark on authenticity. Coming from Bhutan where spice is a way of life, I was genuinely excited to try this place. The food is clearly prepared with local palates in mind — which is fine — but if you're expecting the bold, fiery flavours of authentic Tibetan cuisine, you might leave a little underwhelmed. We ordered the thukpa, which was unfortunately quite bland. The broth lacked depth and the seasoning felt timid. The momos, however, were the highlight — well-made with a good texture and filling. The accompanying dipping sauce had very little heat to it, which was a bit disappointing. The service was warm and attentive, and the ambiance was pleasant. The staff were friendly and checked in regularly. Overall, a decent spot if you're a local looking for a mild, approachable introduction to Tibetan food. But if you grew up eating ema datshi and want something that actually packs a punch, you may want to ask for extra chilli on the side. A little more courage in the kitchen would go a long way!
We were a group of 7 including 3 kids. Everyone enjoyed the food they ordered. The portions were big and full of flavour. A great cuisine to try!
100% halal - Ordered Chicken Noodles and asked to make it hot, Chef did exactly what has been asked for. The Chicken noodles were pretty good in taste along with red chilli oil. Veg fried rice was okayish. Tastewise it was bit bland but good for kids. Chicken Momos were damn good along with french fries. Loved the fries, salty & crispy and the mango sauce along with momo sauce is great in taste. Overall experience was good and they serve 100% halal eventhough they don't have any halal signages hanging in the restuarant. It is noted on the front desk at reception. I am posting the pic of halal certification so that this little eatery street has an option for people who who wish to order halal tibetian food.
