Great customer service, very clean store and restrooms. The breakfast tacos are very good — absolutely delicious!
10/5 if I could! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt I had to share this experience. This was my second time stopping at this convenience store while driving from Houston to Tyler, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a convenience store. We ran into an unexpected mechanical problem with our car and felt completely helpless. That’s when the store manager, Tara, went above and beyond to help us. He put in so much effort and energy to support us, and we were truly grateful for his kindness during such a difficult moment. Aside from the amazing hospitality, the store itself is outstanding. It’s super clean inside and out, with one of the nicest restrooms I’ve ever seen in a convenience store. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the food is excellent—I tried the shrimp quesadilla, and it was awesome! Overall, my experience here is a perfect 10 out of 5. Huge thanks to Tara and his team for their exceptional service and care. Highly recommend stopping here!
Probably the cleanest bathroom you'll find in the whole town of Shepherd! Super friendly staff that always meets you with a smile! 😀 I havent tried the food yet but its definitely on the top of my list of things to try!! Lil Ma ALWAYS has it smelling so good!!
