9 months ago10/5 if I could! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt I had to share this experience. This was my second time stopping at this convenience store while driving from Houston to Tyler, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a convenience store. We ran into an unexpected mechanical problem with our car and felt completely helpless. That’s when the store manager, Tara, went above and beyond to help us. He put in so much effort and energy to support us, and we were truly grateful for his kindness during such a difficult moment. Aside from the amazing hospitality, the store itself is outstanding. It’s super clean inside and out, with one of the nicest restrooms I’ve ever seen in a convenience store. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the food is excellent—I tried the shrimp quesadilla, and it was awesome! Overall, my experience here is a perfect 10 out of 5. Huge thanks to Tara and his team for their exceptional service and care. Highly recommend stopping here!

10 months agoProbably the cleanest bathroom you'll find in the whole town of Shepherd! Super friendly staff that always meets you with a smile! 😀 I havent tried the food yet but its definitely on the top of my list of things to try!! Lil Ma ALWAYS has it smelling so good!!

a year agoStore manager is awesome! The little Latina woman working the Big Madre grill is so nice. The food is amazing, restrooms are clean, and it’s my go to store when going to Shepherd.

a year agoThis is not just your average local store. The Manager I call Mr. T who runs the morning is not just a manager he is a huge part of our community. His service for our community does not stop at the doors of that store. It was voted Best Gas Station of San Jacinto County. Because he works hard at that store then comes out into the community to help others. He's become a friend to so many. The store is so lucky to have him there and we are happy to call him a friend. a year agoI was just asking for information about the laundromat attached to it and the cashier was RUDE AND YELLED AT ME! I wasn’t rude about anything. I asked very nicely if he could help me with information and he yelled at me that the laundromat is separate and “it’s not my problem it’s your problem!” I will NEVER AGAIN come to this gas station or use this laundromat until the cashiers learn how to be polite!! Ridiculous!!
