Delicious! We ordered the butter chicken and lamb vindaloo with garlic naan. All were hot and super flavorful. I will say they are a bit slow, so if you're doing a pickup order, call further ahead. Not sure about dine in service but food is worth the wait.
I’ve been here a couple of times. While the atmosphere and service isn’t the best the food was solid. I recently went with my family and I’m extremely disappointed in this place. The place is not clean regardless of what is stated in some reviews and most of the lights are not working. The walls and door are not clean and there are kids toys and coloring all over the place. Only one person was there when we arrived and bless his heart but he was not able to do much (for reasons I won’t mention here) he tried his best to communicate that the cook was not there but will be back in a few minutes. It took him about 10 minutes to get back. Meanwhile, about 4 people came in for their to go orders and the cook lied to each one and said to give him 5 minutes. They ended up waiting 20-30 minutes because he had to still prepare the order. The cook was the cashier and the waiter at the same time, 1 person doing all of this, which made me question the cleanliness even more. We were there almost 2 hours and left disappointed. The food was close to horrible and you can tell that nothing was fresh. He gave us birani that was literally fried rice with added spices and thought he could fool us. I was rooting for them but would rather drive to Beaumont.
Very delicious, I’m so glad I found this place! I’m in town from Chicago and have been craving Indian food, and I was excited to see one in southeast Texas. The paneer tikka masala is delightful, very comforting especially on cold days. The garlic naan is excellent. I look forward to visiting this restaurant again!
