If I could give "0" starts, I would. I am very disappointed with the grooming my dog received today. Glenn the owner claimed my dog had been bathed and had dry skin, but when I got home and bathed my miniature schnauzer myself, his coat was clean, not greasy, and free of dandruff. I even recorded a video as proof. The schnauzer haircut was uneven and nothing like what I asked for (Glenn was overbooked as confirmed this morning). My miniature schnauzer is over 10 years old, and I know his grooming needs very well. To make matters worse, I was charged $90 for this poor service, and when I called the shop afterward, no one responded. The owner claims that this business has been open for over 20 years, but my experience was unprofessional, disappointing, and felt like a SCAM. This is unacceptable service experience! For sure Glenn does not care of the animals.
Calm atmosphere, clean & convenient.The owner asked questions & listened. Glenn and his associate were super nice ! My pup looks adorable!! Oliver is tuckered out ! We will be back !!
Glenn is the only groomer I trust with my cat and his new location in BH is absolutely stunning! It’s rare to find someone who actually takes cats and on top of that, doesn’t just default to a lion cut. Glenn listens and always nails it because he genuinely cares about our four legged babies.
