7 months agoIf I could give "0" starts, I would. I am very disappointed with the grooming my dog received today. Glenn the owner claimed my dog had been bathed and had dry skin, but when I got home and bathed my miniature schnauzer myself, his coat was clean, not greasy, and free of dandruff. I even recorded a video as proof. The schnauzer haircut was uneven and nothing like what I asked for (Glenn was overbooked as confirmed this morning). My miniature schnauzer is over 10 years old, and I know his grooming needs very well. To make matters worse, I was charged $90 for this poor service, and when I called the shop afterward, no one responded. The owner claims that this business has been open for over 20 years, but my experience was unprofessional, disappointing, and felt like a SCAM. This is unacceptable service experience! For sure Glenn does not care of the animals.

a year agoCalm atmosphere, clean & convenient.The owner asked questions & listened. Glenn and his associate were super nice ! My pup looks adorable!! Oliver is tuckered out ! We will be back !!

2 years agoGlenn is the only groomer I trust with my cat and his new location in BH is absolutely stunning! It’s rare to find someone who actually takes cats and on top of that, doesn’t just default to a lion cut. Glenn listens and always nails it because he genuinely cares about our four legged babies.

4 years agoGlenn is the best! My dogs have been his clients for over 18 years! He was the only one in my area that hand strips wire fox terriers. Plus he’s good with my Yorkshire terrier. All my dogs have been going to him since they were puppies.

5 years agoJust moved to the area and needed to find a groomer for my boys. Just picked them up and Glenn did any amazing job! I’m very particular with how I like them groomed and usually have to ask to have them fixed whe I pick the. Up, but not this time! Glenn did everything I asked and he is super friendly and seems to love what he does. Price was very reasonable and was able to make an appointment a week out. Highly recommend and so glad I found our new groomer!!

5 years agoGlenn is a fantastic groomer! We have been taking our three labradoodles there for a few years and have been very pleased with his services. We recently got a fourth dog and he was very patient with her for her first grooming session. Glenn has a calm demeanor and is very knowledgeable. When we first went to Glenn, one of our dogs had been very leery of grooming in general. Glenn allowed me to stay with him to keep him calm and to help make sure he felt safe during the session. We love Glenn!

6 years agoThe owner Glenn is nice and humble. He took care of Leo and gave him the best hair cut. Highly recommend this grooming service.

Edited 6 years agoGlenn did a wonderful job on our puppy! He looks and smells great and came home a happy camper! We were worried about his first hair cut but Glenn took such great care of him and gave him the perfect puppy cut while still keeping his little beard longer.
