backwards billing system. unprofessional
Called for clarification about my bill and was read my EOB from my insurance company. I said that’s not what I’m asking for, and asked if I could have an itemized bill. The woman got nasty with me and told me it wouldn’t be any different than the bill they had already sent (like others said, this “bill” does not appear legitimate). Then she told me I better pay immediately because it was in the process of going to collections. Unprofessional, ignorant, and useless.
I'm getting a random piece of paper in the mail...is this a real bill? I literally am afraid to send random money to this address. This can't be a real office where people work? Right? Please update your systems. **UPDATES** Still dot matrix bills in the mail. I'M NOT SENDING A RANDOM CHECK TO A RANDOM ADDRESS. Get a WEBSITE!
