a month agoCalled for clarification about my bill and was read my EOB from my insurance company. I said that’s not what I’m asking for, and asked if I could have an itemized bill. The woman got nasty with me and told me it wouldn’t be any different than the bill they had already sent (like others said, this “bill” does not appear legitimate). Then she told me I better pay immediately because it was in the process of going to collections. Unprofessional, ignorant, and useless.

Edited 6 months agoI'm getting a random piece of paper in the mail...is this a real bill? I literally am afraid to send random money to this address. This can't be a real office where people work? Right? Please update your systems. **UPDATES** Still dot matrix bills in the mail. I'M NOT SENDING A RANDOM CHECK TO A RANDOM ADDRESS. Get a WEBSITE!

a year agoTruly horrible billing experience. Threatening me with legal action because I don't want to send a paper check to a random PO box after receiving a non-itemized bill on dot matrix printer paper? Never received a single email or call, but I'm been served my last notice before being sent to collections over $100. Um?

2 years agoBeyond horrible - they mail you a dot printed invoice, and they only accept paper check. This is so freaking annoying

2 years agoBeyond sketchy billing. Wish I could have chosen a different anesthesiologist. Wouldn’t recommend them at all, my doctor was awful.

3 years agoWhat the other reviewers said. It's like they're operating in 1960 still. The invoice is printed on one of those old printers that you have to tear off the paper along a dotted line. They want you to mail a check to a P.O. Box located at the top of the invoice. No return envelope. No option for credit card. I honestly thought it was spam and had to search online to verify it. It's kind of creepy. It's 2022. Maybe update your system? The anesthesiologist himself seemed fine, albeit not particularly friendly. I didn't die or have any complications, so that's good.

4 years agoThis office is operating in a different era. They mail invoices that look like spam, no email available, no payment portal, etc. Instead you will need to mail a check or money order.
